La station de ski Karpacz Ski Arena est une parodie des stations du XXIe siècle. Les pistes sont très mal entretenues, le télésiège biplace met une éternité pour atteindre le sommet, et pour monter encore plus haut, il faut emprunter deux téléskis. Ils sont bondés. Les files d'attente aux remontées mécaniques sont interminables, les rampes sont mal conçues, et les skieurs, surtout les moins expérimentés, se percutent dans la file d'attente. C'est incroyablement cher, à commencer par le parking, qui coûte 40 PLN pour trois heures. Un jour, n'ayant plus envie de skier et ayant encore du temps sur mon forfait saison, j'ai voulu prendre le télésiège jusqu'au sommet de Kopa, mais il s'est avéré que mon forfait ne le permettait pas. J'ai dû en acheter un autre. C'était ma première et dernière visite dans cette station.

W Karpaczu czas się zatrzymał 15lat temu. Nadal uważają, ze turysta to zło konieczne i można go golić na kasę bez przygotowania tras. Do nauki jazdy na pierwsze dni, potem lepiej szukać czegokolwiek innego do jazdy. Od paru lat niewiele się zmienia a główny wyciąg 4os nie ma dostępnej trasy narciarskiej bo nigdy nie ma tam sniegu.

Leider machte ich den Fehler von der Süd-(Pec) auf die Nordseite der Schneekoppe zu wechseln. Das Erlebnis ist kaum in Worte zu fassen. Seit dem ich vier Jahre alt bin, fahre ich leidenschaftlich Ski. Karpacz ist sowohl bergauf als auch bergab eine Vollkatastrophe. Wie kann man aus so viel Potential so wenig machen? Was machen diese Menschen beruflich? Alle Parkplätze sind völlig überteuert. Der untere Einstieg ins Skigebiet mittels modernen Sechsersessel ist unterirdisch (180 Grad Kehre). Der Lift endet völlig unverständlicherweise deutlich unterhalb der Anschlusslifte. Niemals bin ich in vierzig Jahren Skifahrerleben so häufig Stahltreppen hoch und runter gelaufen. Insgesamt eine einzige Touristenfalle und sehr schlechte Interpretation eines Freizeitparks. Nie wieder. Bitte unbedingt meiden.

Kiepskie warunki. Kawał drogi z parkingu do stacji i mocno pod górę. Wracając można się wywalić na kostce. Jak chce się podjechać samochodem po narty to nasi genialni strażnicy parku zamiast pomoc straszą mandatem 500 zl. Chyba wola aby nikt nie przyjeżdżał do karpacza bo turyści tylko im przeszkadzają.

Stok nie przygotowany do jazdy ,wykupiłam na 3 godz. zjechałam raz.Duzo ludzi właśnie po pierwszym zjeździe zrezygnowało. Żadnej informacji .W zeszłym roku byłam zadowolona dziś wielkie rozczarowanie .

Wir waren einige Jahre auf der tschechischen Seite des Riesengebirges (Spindlermühle) und fanden es dort oft überfüllt und die Leute sind nicht freundlich. Wir wollten deshalb dieses Jahr die polnische Seite ausprobieren. Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert. Wir werden nächstes Jahr dann doch die 3 Stunden länger in Kauf nehmen und mal wieder in die Alpen fahren.

Schlechtes Skigebiet, Erschließung für PKWs, Parkplatz und Weg zum Lift eine Katastrophe. Hier ist alles unüberlegt. Sanitäreinrichtungen sucht man. Nicht zu empfehlen gleich gar nicht mit kleinen Kindern. Reisen wieder ab. Nie wieder!!!

I’ve skied all my life, mainly the big Alpes resorts. As I’ve got older I appreciated the smaller resorts but you need good snow conditions.
I’ve skied Karpacz a few times over last 14 years and this year I spent a week there as my wife’s family live in the resort.
We had incredible snow but unfortunately the main lift to the top was not open until the last two days. I had actually walked up to the top lift and skied it anyway. It was superb.
When the main lift opened up it was some the best off piste skiing I have done. Just beautiful through the trees. I tracked all around the mountain and had fantastic powder. But as I say it’s all to do with the snow conditions. This was a lucky year.
So main point is you run a risk to try catch good snow conditions but to learn it’s ok. Shame it does not alllink together. This is Poland and they just can’t make it work right. One day they may just get it sorted. But the backwardness of it in my eyes is part of the charm.
